Hi please help me with this question in terms of South African Law

Question 1 m Lihle is driving home from work when she approaches an intersection of traffic robots that are not working due to loadshedding. She treats the intersection as a four-way stop, allowing the other cars to go first where applicable. When it is her lawful turn to proceed, a vehicle approaching the intersection from Lihle's left side does not stop, and instead speeds through the intersection, colliding directly with Lihle's vehicle. In the accident Lihle sustains severe whiplash and breaks her leg, which requires an operation. As a result of her broken leg, she is unable to attend work for 3 weeks whilst she is recovering, and she is booked off on sick leave. In addition to her car being written off in the crash, she is severely traumatised as, while she was carried away on a stretcher, a video [that has since gone viral] is circulating the web which shows the bone in her leg protruding through her skin. (1.1.1 Assume that a delict has been proven in court on the merits and that Lihle is entitled E- to damages. With reference to specific examples that are relevant to the abovementioned facts, discuss the remedies upon which Lihle may rely and the types of damages included in these remedies. (1.1.2 Assume that the matter is still ongoing in court and has yet to be finalised. f Lihle is claiming damages in the form of medical expenses for her broken leg. The doctor has ordered her to remain off her feet for 3 weeks and to elevate her leg. Rather than take the doctor's advice, Lihle goes shopping and walks around on her leg for 5 hours without sitting. When she goes for a check-up later in the week, the doctor notes that the leg is not healing in the way it should and requires an additional surgery. Advise Lihle whether she would be entitled to claim for the additional surgery.
