1- Identify the features of each of the 3 products/services and convert to customer benefits. the three services i chose are:

Our personal trainers deliver the highest standard of support across a wide range of specialisations and training methods.

-Swimmingschool

Our Swim Schools offer learn to swim lessons for all ages and abilities, from six months to adults. Children can progress from our beginner lessons to our more advanced squad program. Different categories are based on swimming ability and age.
