I'm hoping you could have me with a case I'm currently studying. It is based on The Partnership Law Act 2019

On 14 May 2021, the Supreme Court of New Zealand granted leave to appeal in the case of Deng v Zheng [2021] NZSC 43.

The question to be answered by the Supreme Court is 'whether the Court of Appeal was correct to make a declaration that there was a partnership between Mr Zheng and Mr Deng
