Hiram and Sarah are very good friends, that met during their time in University. They decided to open up a business together selling unisex clothing online, targeted for University students. The name of the company is called HAZE. The main ideology of this business is to promote equality amongst society. They then entered into a contract with Kore Materials,suppliers based in China, to sell their clothing's. On 21st March 2020, sales started,and business was doing well. Overtime, their designs were listed as one of the top trends, with the hashtag #equalitydesigns, that went viral.

HAZE then decided to increase their stocks by increasing the amount of original supply from Kore Materials, from 10,000 to 80,000 over a period of two years. Kore Materials agreed to this modification. The effective date was 2nd November 2020. However, when the due date of supply came, Kore Materials never transported their stocks to HAZE. As a result, sales took a sharp drop.

One week later, an outbreak of coronavirus disrupted the whole international market.

The contract between HAZE and Kore Materials led to a standstill. Hiram and Sarah are seeking a legal suit
