HIV in FACTORY A

Five thousand men who work in factory A were screened each year for HIV on the first day of January during 2016-2018. In 2016, 30 of them were found to be positive for HIV antibodies. The screening was repeated on the same 5,000 men in 2017 and this time 45 men were positive, including the 30 men who were positive on the first screening (45 total). There were 10 all-cause deaths in 2017. A third screening was done in 2018 on the remaining men and 10 new HIV infections were found in addition to existing cases.

We know that 2 of the men that died during 2017 were infected with HIV. Calculate the prevalence of HIV at the end of the study (per 1000).
