HL140: Managing Guest Experience - Portfolio Project Part 4

For your portfolio, you will create and design four chapters of a hospitality leadership guidebook based on each course of the Hospitality Leadership program. The purpose of the guidebook is to assist hospitality organization managers to become more effective leaders. You will use the Mahara website to display your portfolio in the form of a blog.

As hospitality organizations face increasing guest expectations, accurately measuring what guests think of the quality and value of their service experience could be a challenge. Service quality can be measured both during and after the service experience. Asking the right questions can be a powerful and helpful tool to find out how guests perceive the quality of their experience with a hospitality organization.

Portfolio Project Description:

For Portfolio Project Part 4, you will create an online guest satisfaction survey. Include the following:

Delivery

Staff and service

The company

Price (value for money)
