ABC Financial has a focus on growing its lending solutions, but also needs to increase its deposits across all customers. As an integral part of their buying decision, Abbas and Fatima want to buy a home that they can grow into. They are hoping to have two children. They do not yet know which neighborhood they want to live in, but they know it must be family-friendly. They both have modest, secure incomes. With that, they want to have enough cash flow to save for future goals such as their children's education and their retirements. In preparation for the initial meeting, Aakriti is outlining her informational needs and developing a draft set of needs-discovery questions.
