TruBent worked on twenty Jobs that month 5 and each data record pertains to the inputs for each job. The records are in 6 chronological order and each record has fields for: Record No., Date, 7 Job No. Category, Sub-Category, and Quantity (measured in appropriate input units- 8 for example, labor and machine quantities are measured in hours.) 10 In order to complete the assignment you will need to do the following activities: 11 1. Watch video and use the practive data (optional if you already know to work with Excel Tables and Pivot tables. 13 2. Prepare the Data by adding unit costs and item costs as explained on the Data tab. 14 3. Create an Excel table using the data in the Data tab 15 4. Use the Excel table to create a Pivot table located in the Pivot tab. 16 5. Answer the questions given below. 17 a. Some of the questions pertain to the specific job high-lighted in Green below. Note 18 that this job is keyed to your UIN. Therefore be sure that you have entered 19 your UIN and Name on the Instructions tab. 20 b.
