Homelessness continues to be a significant issue in major cities across North America. Some have made local parks places to live by erecting tent communities. Some residents of these neighbourhoods have voiced concerns about safety of these places. How should a parks or other public places be used and how should they be regulated? What should happen to 'tent communities'? Who should have a say in what should happen to these places? How should local officials handle the issue of homelessness?
