For the conference that you are planning you will research and venues as well as hotel accommodation that will be suitable for the attendees. To accomplish the task, you must do the following:

1. Identify 2 venues that would be appropriate to host the event. Provide a brief description of each venue and list the advantages and disadvantages of both venues.2. Identify 2 hotels that would be appropriate for the event and attendee. Provide a brief description of each hotel accommodation and list the advantages and disadvantages of both venues.

3. Explain the process that you and your partner followed to select the venue and provide information (or a rationale) which supports your venue selection.

4. From these 2 venues and 2 hotels select one of eachthat you consider to be most appropriate and conduct an in-person site visit with all members of your group.Explain why you believe the venue selected is the better alternative. Include 5 photos of you and your partner at the venue and provide a business card of the individual that met with you.

5. Create a site inspection checklist for your site visit(with a minimum of 10 items) for the event and submitthe completed form with your assignment. Think about the various needs/requirements for this event.Does the venue accommodate the various event needs/elements? Why or why not?
