Hotel Information System Actor: Visitors, Receptionist, Cleaning Service, Manager. >> Process in the Hotel Information System: - Every time you access the computer system, the receptionist logs in. - During the check-in process, the receptionist will record guest data and record the room bookings. - Hotel rooms are available when visitors have checked out and cleaned by cleaning service. - Room cleaning is done every morning. - During the guest stay, all facilities used by the guest will be recorded by the receptionist - If guests order food / drinks, a fee will be charged. - After the guest stay is complete / the Check Out process, the receptionist records and calculates all room fees and facility fees including discount/promo. Then Guests will receive the information in the form of a hotel bill.
