Housing affordability is a perennial concern in Toronto.

One policy that has been discussed is changing zoning policy (e.g. changing height restrictions, or allowing multi-family units to be built in neighborhoods zoned for single-family homes). Another is easing up restrictions to qualify for a mortgage.
