Create a white paper that outlines and advocates for a set of strategies/actions that lead to effective team functioning for academic project teams in college settings. Many college students struggle with team work and find it challenging to create effective and positive team experiences in class projects. The goal in this white paper is to inform and advise fellow college students on how to manage teams effectively in class projects.
