How can I enhance this statement, to include the following skillsets/professional skills/generic skills, how can i quantify my skills?

Throughout my nineteen years of experience providing customer service to individuals and businesses, I am a hardworking professional who sets ambitious standards and takes initiative. I possess an enthusiastic willingness to learn and excel in detail with strong organizational, time management and critical/problem thinking skills. I am proud of my achievements and completing the tasks effectively. My accomplishments include streamlining procedures for project managers, which allows them to focus on their grantee's projects or events. I have taken the liberty of simplifying procedures for our grantees, so they are not overwhelmed with the paperwork required to be completed. The process for submitting reimbursements is and can be a difficult experience for anyone who is not completing this daily. I took it upon myself to devise a checklist that our team uses with each grantee. This checklist outlines all required forms and what order they need to be prepared upon submission. The process is now being implemented on a regular basis to include in all projects produced. I will continue to pursue professional development to become proficient in my field and computer programs
