Good morning I contacted you back in April to see how we should proceed with handling the deposit and the key return and a walk through I still had not heard anything back from you I definitely need the deposit in order for me to move at this point. I am waiting for a check that has not arrived yet so perhaps we may be able to help each other. can I use the last month rent in exchange for the deposit and the other additional monies that you ohh me regarding past utilities you can just keep that you can come and do a walk through 1st to make sure that everything is OK in your property I'm not that kind of person plus you were just here I'm checking the floors and as you see there was no damage can you please get back to me as soon as possible.
