I enjoyed your post; many of the issues you made are relevant to me in a variety of ways. Obtaining a BSN not only demonstrates our dedication to nursing, but it also opens us prospects for employment stability,and higher pay. The BSN mandate must be achieved within specific periods; mostorganizations do not budget for that duration. I got ill last year and was out for about 6 months. Fortunately, my employment remained secure, but my educational program had to be revised to satisfy guidelines, so I had to complete two courses that would have been waived in the MSN program.
