how can I use excel index and match function to return information even if there are duplicates of the thing I'm searching? Current I get #N/A when an item is not found, but I noticed when there are doubles it will show #N/A also; need it to return at most of the results in the data even if there are doubles of an item. Please show screenshot of formula with an example.
