Newton has a 133-year history of doing everything to eliminate outside distractions and reduce friction; Newton is a "well-oiled machine."but Newton wants to become a company with innovative culture Innovation, the way described it, means making fast decisions, looking for new ideas, shaking things up, being creative, and doing things Newton has NEVER done before! They would have to shake up the inner workings of the machine: the people! Beyond that, innovation means listening to what customers want and finding a way to make that happen.
