How do I figure out anova testing of crime rate in SPSS for four different areas of a city and 28 different offenses. Do I run them with area as factor and offense as one line, and the number of offenses in it. I really don't think there is any other way to do it. And reading the text book and watching videos shows the same. I think it needs to be combined into just two rows total. is there
