• How do I find/know Statistical Concerns in a scenario?
• How would I conduct the research project to test the hypothesis in the scenario? (From collecting data to analysis).. I think it is the 5-steps Hypothesis Testing? I am unsure.

An example of scenario:

Examining of household bills in Year 2021 and Year 2020 to hypothesize there's an increase in consumption in Y2021.

• Data is given for Y2021: Number of Households (Count) and bills of each household. In an excel sheet, we can use 'Descriptive Statistics' analysis tool to analyze data.
• Data is not given for Y2020: Only the mean and standard deviation was provided in scenario.
