How do I summary the following to highlight my performance in the past year? I am dedicated to fulfilling BFS-IPPS mission and objectives. I communicate in a helpful, effective, and informative manner, verbally, written and electronically, demonstrating tact and diplomacy, promoting good rapport with internal and/or external customers. I actively participate as a member of the BFS Core Leadership Budget Team, the IPPS Logistics Leadership Team, and the BFS Financial and Budget Team. I also attend IPPS Collaboration Leadership Forums and IPPS HQ Huddles to stay current on business operations. I actively participate as a member of the STRIVE Monthly Discussion/Workshop. As of September 2022, I completed my fourth year of the STRIVE program. Due to COVID, I will be completing an additional year of STRIVE, graduating October 2023. As of April 2023, I have completed an additional four courses towards my MBA at Colorado State University online
