How do we write a code to display this month's (march) static web-based calendar? We use only css, html, and php.

we do not use html tables, and MySQL.

Note: we want all the div boxes to have the same size. (both the weekdays and the numbers)

We need a header for March. 2023 at the top of the calendar.
