How do you see the challenges in relation to their current management approach Humanistic perspective? According to Maslow's hierarchy humanistic approach is a very good management. It lets workers feel respected and desire to become the most that one can be. It makes them got a stronger will to work in a company but there is also a lot of disadvantages using humanistic approach. The main two disadvantages are human behavior and time consuming. Firstly, human behavior. Human behavior is very complicated so we can't assume that every worker will have discipline to work because when too much free will, it will make them lazy and it will caused a lot of problem. Secondly, time consuming. Company needs a lot of time and effort to take care their workers because humanistic approach is more on human behavior and as we said in the first challenges, they might be don't have a discipline life and started lazy so company must keep on eye on them. If they are not doing anything, it may cost a very massive lost due to workers' wages and company efficiency
