How do you think choice overload impacts customers' buying decisions?

I think that sometimes simplicity is better. We know the steps when deciding on the product or service we want. We have a clear goal. Evaluate the importance of each objective, order the options with how well they meet each objective, evaluate the probability that each option meets its objectives, and choose the winning choice. It is so simple or complicated to say or understand; the more chances you have to buy, the more complex the decisions become. Having many options is good, but also a hard decision can bring a negative effect of anxiety and sadness.

Consider a product or service you might sell to a customer. How would you prepare to dialogue with customers about that product or service? How would you guide the customer to make a wise, informed choice?

I am an associate of a multinational in the health area that owns a patent for a living molecule that strengthens your immune system by 200%, called the Transfer Factor. This company has a variety of products, all aimed at health, skincare, and products for keeping fit. I have many options to offer my clients, but it could also overwhelm them with the amount when they want to make a sale. I'm going to try to apply the tactics in the video. I will first ask questions about the client's conscience and needs. Depending on the answer, I will show him my best choices. At that point, I could eliminate or cut the unnecessary products that are not his need. I will only show him what he wants to seeeliminating strange alternatives for him and classifying in an organized way the products that are directed explicitly to the client's needs. I know that by going to the direct point of their needs and showing them the direct offers, it will be easier for me as a seller to make the sale. My client will be satisfied without the need to overwhelm him with many options.

Simplifying and facilitating purchase and sale options is an art that we must apply for better results.
