It is important to understand your ethical perspective. With it, one recognizes and distinguishes the proper notions of good/right and bad/wrong, helps to describe difficulties by methodically thinking, it allows you to see the realities from diverse points of view, in order to be able to make decisions or come to sound conclusions.For example, you will come to learn in life that the viewpoints of another may conflict with the way you feel, however, as long as you know it to be true in your heart (moral, ethical standard, professionally and personally) then what's understood need not be explained. Personally, I have always looked at situations from each side, sort of similiair to the saying walk in my shoes. Give a person the chance to explain their thought process. For example, assuming that everyone knows how to take care of a plant just because we walk outside is absurb! Same scenario with people, we are all unique, unique in our emtions, mentally, physically etc. You have to get a grasp on what a person is thinking , but furthermore how they ever came to this conclusion. Usually the answer is attached to our upbringing somewhere along the way.
