I'm am a in home case manager and my task is to make families stronger, so that they are able to stay together. I stepped in and provided resources and connections along with court proceedings and safety dates. Before doing this type of work, I was a TSS worker. I enjoy working with the youth and offering them resources to make life better for them. A lot of people deal with mental health and their families, and for the most part, it is pushed off or brushed off as something that is not really important. I believe that if things are caught early on, a lot of resources could be in place to avoid the inebritable or avoid allowing someone to be a statistic based off of traumatic experiences that they experience as a child. As the old saying goes, experiences, teacher and a lot of times kids have Emotions that they are not able to work through. I believe, that if we start young. We could avoid someone becoming a several killer or even a repeated offender of any sort of crime. Rather, it's and and out of prison, sexual assaults, or uncomfortable Mental issues.
