Settlement proceeds-Last week, I finally got the $10,000 from my neighbour to compensate for the stress he made to me as hebuilt the fence on my side of the property. But I didn't enjoy the money very long as It cost me$8,000 in legal fees to defend my title, but it was worth it as I now have a much easier path on the side of the house. Now with the fence moved over half a metre, I can walk the path without my rubbish bin colliding on the wall.
