How Motivated are You?

Please read the Managing U Feature at the beginning of Chapter 12 and answer the following questions in Your Initial Post:

Identify a "Wildly-Important" goal that you currently have. Pro-tip: go back to week 3's discussion to use that SMART goal! (remember, it should be stated in terms of SMART) Describe your current level of motivation - would you describe it as high, medium or low? Explain. Take a look at the strategies listed - are any of them instrumental in keeping your motivation high; or, could you adopt one (or two) to increase your motivation?
