At this time very little is known about the attack. The gunman was shot and killed by Secret Service on July 13. Imagine the gunman survived or that he had an accomplice. The individual was arrested and you are one of the lawyers involved in the criminal trial. You can choose to be on either the prosecution or the defense. You can also choose to be involved in the trial against either the gunman or the accomplice.Choose 2 experts that you want to include in your case. (You do not need to name a person. It's OK to name a profession/job/type of experience.) Please explain why you want to choose these particular experts. What is their expertise? What sort of research or report will you ask them to create? How will you qualify their expertise based on the Daubert factors?Format: approximately 5 paragraphs.
