Your boss has asked you to schedule a one hour meeting for your department of 10 people. The meeting will be held at DCTC in the Rosemount Room. This is a department meeting where staff will share updates on current projects. There will be one guest attending from offsite who's never been to campus before. Your boss wants you to find a date/time to hold this meeting that works for all 10 staff members and your guest. Please do the following: . Develop an electronic survey to determine the availability of attendees. Send the survey to your instructor. The survey needs at least three different dates/times. Send the survey to your instructor at amy.evanson@dctc.edu. . Create an email to your instructor with all the pertinent details as if you were inviting her to the meeting. Pretend she is the guest speaker attendee. Send the email invitation to her at amy.evanson@dctc.edu. .
