how to execute a Banquet  and what are some of the important things they need to know to make sure all the criteria are met  

there will be three scenarios given each scenario will have its own style of service Please explain the following questions based on the scenario given.

Scenario 1

. Mr. Jonathan is a CEO of a Multinational Company and was given a recognization award for his Philanthropist work in society, his friends and colleagues want to honor him this is a group of 25 people and for them, Money is not a problem they want everything top Notch.

Scenario 2

Mr. Li is Becoming a Canadian Citizen and he is very excited about this and wants to invite his friends and neighbors for Lunch, the swearing-in ceremony was on June 5th and he wants to host the party on June 6th, he is expecting a total of 55 guests and they have chosen their Backyard to celebrate.
