How to move folder to new location in Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTD?

I downloaded new "board files" for Xilinx Vivado. The new subfolders are in

/Documents/board_files

There are a lot of subfolders in board_files that I need to move to the board_files folder below.

/tools/Xilinx/Vivado/2018.3/data/boards/board_files

Can you tell me the commands in which I use to move these subfolders to the correct "board_files" folder?

(Please be as clear as possible, I have never used Linux before)
