How to reply to patient? The patient paid $5 copayment for the service date 2/12/24. There an outstanding balance of $5 for the service date 8/2/23. Please see patient message. Hello! I received the bill for $8. I'm happy to pay, but the bill does say that I previously paid zero... when in fact I paid a $5 copay when I was at the office. Does that mean I owe $3? Please advise.
