how to reply to this statement. The term "everyone lives to sell something" could mean a lot of things but in my opinion it means to sell a good or service to another individual or company. This can be as simple as selling a product to someone or by selling a service you are proficient in and doing things for another. This could be something like doing construction work or by being something like a nanny. The profession that I am pursuing would be accounting so in my way of selling something would be my service to do others accounting work. This would be doing things like financial reports for a company. I think this is the closest thing I can get to by what Stevenson meant by this quote
