A few of its advantages is that E-learning is easy to use because it only requires the use of a tablet, phone, or computer with an internet connection, it is more affordable because training and development courses can be accessed from anywhere, time-saving because online training saves organizations with allows the person to go at their pace and understand the information, and there is better interaction because each online course has practical communication and teamwork tools which improves knowledge and develops a strong workforce.
