Seeking ways to better myself is an example of at least a decent leader. Going down memory lane with my first job at Sonic, I guess you can say we took some calculated risks on the busy nights. From half price shakes and burgers, if it was up to the customers they would want us open 24 hours like some other locations. With closing time at 2 am, we would still see customers pull up to stations 10 minutes before closing. Getting command from our manager, they would inform us to turn off the speaker so that we would not hear the buzzing sound of customers trying to place orders. The owner of the store maybe wouldn't agree to that decision, but our managers did not want to stay late after closing to clean up. Taking the risk multiple times, we eventually had to shut the restaurant down due to low earnings
