How to respond to: The few people I trust share similar traits that make me believe they are trustworthy. I find trustworthy individuals to be compassionate and sympathetic. This shows me they can understand and relate to others. They are also open-minded, as they are aware there is more to the world than just what they want. Another trait would be honesty. Individuals that are trustworthy are honest in all situations, even if it may hurt someone's feelings. I believe leaders can be transparent to an extent. I think it is important to be honest, open, and upfront about what is going on within an organization. On the other hand, I am sure there are specific times that information cannot be divulged immediately. For example, the organization found out someone is leaking information, or even stealing money. The organization may not tell team members immediately, as there is an investigation. I think in extreme circumstances, leaders cannot be transparent 100% of the time, though I do believe they should always do their best to be open and honest as it allows for trust.
