How to respond to the following DQ answer? Do you agree?

Conscious capitalism can be affected differently depending on whether an entire organization runs on the same beliefs and values. When a CEO implements conscious capitalism, it is easier for the rest of the company to follow suit. However, this can be interrupted if leadership under the CEO does line up with the characteristics of conscious capitalism. Ethics play a large role in conscious capitalism and management as the ethics that leadership holds determine not only the leadership style but how leadership implements the roles of conscious capitalism within an organization. " In order for leaders to transform society and organizational cultures, they must first develop their own capabilities (Legault, 2012)." In order for the concept of conscious capitalism to be successful each member of leadership has to be on the same page and moving towards the same goals. This is crucial in order to communicate with the rest of the organization and create even expectations and values. If one leader carries the ethics of conscious capitalism but others don't this may cause a power struggle or a difference in leadership which is confusing to their followers. The ethics that someone has determines whether they are even capable of promoting conscious capitalism.
