How to respond to the following DQ answer. Do you agree?

Culture is extremely important when it comes to creativity. Whether it be the organizations culture, or the cultures of those who work for the organization. "Creativity, as a key product of human culture and a tool for enriching culture, has an extremely intimate but complex relationship with culture"(Front,2019) A healthy culture within an organization enriches people's daily lives, they look forward to going to work and being a part of that culture. Due to this, creativity tends to flow more freely, and be more constructive towards the organization. Where as in an organization that doesn't promote healthy culture, creativity still flows, but that creativity can be towards fixing the organization, or how to enrich those lives outside of it. As a Christian, our goal is to enrich the lives of others through our beliefs and how we treat others. This can play a huge factor in the company culture, but only at the level in which we apply it. If we only apply it to ourselves and those closest to us, then that would be all it would affect, but if we were to be a part of an organization that shares the same values, then that culture would be reflected at that level. Ultimately in our lives, the creativity that we show would be positively impacted by our worldview, due to that world view having a positive effect on us.
