How to respond to the following DQ answer. Please do not repeat what is stated below
Servant Leadership can mirror Biblical characteristics based on the type and approach to communication and interaction. Chapman denotes in his video that people matter and conceptually all have a story that is enhanced by the people around them (GCU, 2014). This idea is mirrored within Biblical stories and the depth of the relationships developed with Jesus when alive and/or the desire we are encouraged to have within our daily spiritual faith. Chapman's notations on the integration of positive feedback and family support as it connects to the person and their story take modern-day work culture out of the dynamic and focus on the people and not the numerical value. Within the Bible, Jesus formed deep and meaningful relationships with each disciple and knew their needs as their leader. These relationships became a catalyst to engage and develop strong work interactions as they traveled and spread the message of faith. Furthermore, in times of trouble and fear, the disciples were able to comfortably communicate, talk, and engage with Jesus to seek new knowledge and maintain their strong relationship. As Chapman was speaking, I mostly thought of John 13 when Jesus washed the disciples' feet, a demonstration of servant leadership, and an opportunity to engage in meaningful relationships connected to their needs and understanding (Holy Bible, n.d). In both sources, communication and interactions are necessary to create deeper meaningful connections.
