How to respond to the following DQ answer. Please provide citations

Servant leadership continues to be a selfless form of leadership in which the servant leader essentially forfeits their ability to move past where they are with the understanding that they will be training, supporting, and guiding new leaders into the future in hopes that they can be supported in a way to make them the best version of themselves. When it comes to financial viability for a nonprofit organization, it is important to understand that the goal is to be funded by donors, government funding, and volunteers. This is not to say that positions in these companies are not paid because we know that many of them are, but the funding has to be found in order for the operations to continue. Although there are many things that are appealing about giving back, one in particular for me is the Wounded Warrior Project having a wounded veteran as my husband, one as my mother, and one as my grandfather; the whole program means a lot to me. The thing is, what I already do as a beekeeper not only fulfills my family's needs but it gives back to the environment; I am able to support the community by donating time, items, and money to different organizations, but I also am able to employ some disabled veterans. Furthermore, I would be willing to donate time to the Wounded Warriors, but the issue is timing in my industry and how it lines up with their activities, so I choose to support the group with yearly donations and donations of honey in their auctions. I would not be willing to give up what I have built to work in a nonprofit only because I believe in what I am doing and believe it gives back in a similar way.
