Expect this to be a bit different for each person as everyone will perceive things differently than the next. Autonomy is based off the amount of responsibilities means the more independence. Some people get great satisfaction from being independent at work, having a lot of responsibility with minimal micromanaging. And lastly, is giving feedback and explanation on how the employee is performing.
