Ferdon Watches, Inc., makes four models of watches, Gag-Gift, Commuter, Sport, and Retirement. Ferdon manufactures the watches in four departments: Assembly, Polishing, Special Finishing, and Packaging. All four models are started in Assembly where all material is assembled.
