Monthly Amount due ADD together the New Monthly rental Rate and the Monthly pet fee
Amount due for all Rented months -MULTIPLY the Final Monthly Bill by the Number of Months to rent
Monthly pet fee
a. FOR pets that the color is "NONE", this value is set to zero.
b. For pets that the color is BLACK,
THAT WEIGH between 0.01-50, it is found by Multiplying the weight by the BLACK PET surcharge
THAT WEIGH between 50.01-75, it is found by FIRST ADDING 2.25 to the BLACK PET surcharge And .. THEN Multiplying THIS bye Pet weight
THAT WEIGH OVER 75, it is found by FIRST ADDING 3.75 to the BLACK PET surcharge And .. THEN Multiplying THIS bye Pet weight
c. For pets that the color is RED,
i. THAT WEIGH between 0.01-45, it is found by Multiplying the weight by the RED PET surcharge
ii. THAT WEIGH between 45.01-80, it is found by FIRST ADDING 3.50 to the RED PET surcharge .. And .. THEN Multiplying THIS bye Pet weight
iii. THAT WEIGH OVER 80, it is found by FIRST ADDING 4.85 to the RED PET surcharge.. And .. THEN Multiplying THIS bye Pet weight
New Monthly rental rate FIRST ADD ONE to the MONTHLY INCREAS RATE, THEN.. MULTIPLY this by the Monthly rental rate
Tax amount due - MULTIPLY the Monthly Amount due by the APPROPRIATE TAX RATE
