Describe how you will convince management of your new/changed operational planning needs and budget? Describe the negotiation skills will you use with management?

3. Current businesses goals/targets and KPI (key performance indicators) (KPI) and how the new operational plan will affect these metrics?

For example:

How have the business goals/targets changed with this new operational plan?

List the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) e.g., how many units sold (sales), turnover of tables in a restaurant, number of FOH staff ratio, complaints we receive in a month etc.

KPI are implemented to measure if something is working.
