I am looking to understand what an internal organizational consultant does. How would an internal organizational consultant for a government contractor, one who considers the extents of the contract and client requirements, address findings to their organizations culture? Remember the contract is its own entity, however the organization and its culture is a subject matter specific to the contractor, not the contract. So my question is...
