how would i do the following Using your existing CRUD Application:

Add an "About" screen which shows information about you, the developer, and that has links to your support webpage and company webpage.

This "About $/$ Splash" screen should be the first activity that shows when you launch your application. Clicking on any part of the screen that is not the $2$ buttons should switch your main application page.

You MUST create a simple website that has pages for the About link and the Support link. You can do this in any language you wish but I recommend PHP as it is the easiest. The site does not need to be styled too much just a simple site.

The support form must be LIVE and working, meaning it will take the input from the user and send an email to both the user and the Admin of the site $($YOU$).$ The form needs at least the following input fields:

email, question $($TEXT area$),$ checkbox for a Yes$/$No answer of your choosing, submit button. Your app will then take the information and send an email to the user saying you got the support request, and send ALL the information to the admin of the site $($YOU$)$ for your records.

These pages must actually WORK and be publicly accessible behind some domain that YOU OWN.
