You dont know our job or our responsibility. You are putting more work on us, disabling our responsibilities.
It takes us about 15 minutes to clock in, turn on our computers, and get logged in to start our day. Yet you want us to snap out the outside bed census.
We are assigned additional responsibilities that you once handled. Why?
We are not the admins.
We have our work. It consumes us, and we also have to attend to the needs of the department and nurses.
In the past. There were errors in my pay. When I tried to approach Brooke, she became very defensive and denied that she had done anything wrong. (I get that I may not have been intentional, but her arrogance did not allow her to accept or correct the problem).( when I was on leave, SHE checked a box allowing me to receive sick pay even though workmans comp was paying me, depleting my sick back). When I asked her about it, she became defensive and snapped at me, saying that she had not done anything to cause me to have my sick time depleted. When I called National Timekeeping, they said that the person who submitted my LOA checked a box that requested to use my sick time. They named Brooke as the person who submitted it.
She is constantly checking in on my BH and questioning what is appropriate and what is not. Although it may not be, I do hope it isnt. I do feel targeted. It feels personal.
I do not want to be micro managed or get snapping commands from Brooke. She is the project manager, not my boss. She has no concept of what I do or why I do it. I have done my job at UM for over four years and in an ER for 15 years. I have done my job without supervision and have never had a complaint about how I do it.
