How would you characterize IDEO$$s process, organization, culture and management?

Should IDEO accept the Visor project $($on a schedule that is less than $50\%$ of the Palm V$)?$ Should they try to persuade Handspring$$s management to give the project more time? Or should they simply decline the project? In your analysis please consider the IDEO and Handspring perspectives.
