It is used to connect with friends, to expand your mind and beliefs and to learn the mindsets of individuals. Many females share their experiences with mental illnesses and eating disorders on the app. These topics could be informational and show that people share the same struggles as you, but they can also be very triggering. That is because some users who view those posts copy habits that may not be suitable to their body and mind.
